Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. It is our commitment to you to provide high quality, original designs that meet your expectations based on the description and display photos. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we may be able to issue a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchasing. 

Please contact us at hello@freshflowersandspilledmilk.com to submit your refund request. Before your refund request is approved, we ask that customers work with us to troubleshoot any technical/order issues.

Refund requests are reviewed and approved on an individual basis. Ideally, we will be able to work with you to satisfy your original order request.

Since products are digital, no physical products will need to be returned.

Once a refund is approved, please allow at least 7 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
